📍 Current Stage: Centralized APIs

SUITE currently uses centralized AI providers (OpenAI, Google, etc.). This works, proves the model, and lets us focus on building great apps. Decentralization comes later, when the foundation is solid.

The simplest model that works. Focus on building great apps first.

Users deposit USDC into the vault. Funds go to Yearn for yield generation. Users receive SUITE tokens.

Users exchange SUITE for Credits. SUITE goes to treasury. Treasury uses funds to pay API costs.

Stage 3: Decentralized Nodes

Long-Term Vision

The endgame: a permissionless network of AI nodes. Anyone can run, anyone can earn.

SUITE Node Network

Node operators run local LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.) and stake SUITE to join the network. When users make AI requests, nodes compete to fulfill them. Operators earn Credits for successful completions.

Run a Node

Anyone with a GPU can run a SUITE node. Run local models, stake SUITE as collateral, earn Credits for fulfilling requests.

User Choice

Users choose: fast centralized (higher cost) OR cheap decentralized (lower cost, variable speed). Best of both worlds.

Protocol as Infrastructure

SUITE becomes the rails, not the operator. Apps connect to the network. Anyone can build, anyone can serve.

Censorship Resistant

No single point of failure. No single company to shut down. The network persists as long as nodes exist.
