7-day cooldown prevents bank runs, protects treasury

Why These Fees?

The 0.5% mint + 0.5% redeem fees create a ~1% premium band on DEXs. Arbitrage bots keep the market price near treasury backing value, while fees accumulate in the treasury to benefit all holders.
